NYCC MEMBERSHIP

Thank you for your interest in the New York Composers Circle. NYCC is a collective of composers who pay annual dues, which grant members certain rights and privileges outlined in the Membership Handbook. The current annual membership dues are $250.

While we encourage composers of all skill levels to apply, we expect members to demonstrate knowledge and skills in score writing and composition necessary to make meaningful contributions to the group. A successful applicant will show full competence in music composition and the ability to work regularly with the group and its administrators across NYCC's various activities. NYCC members participate in all aspects of the organization, including ongoing operations and productions.

One of the primary purposes of NYCC's formation is to support and accelerate the growth of New York's cultural scene, the artistic development of its musical composers and performers through salon and concert performances, as well as foster forums.

If you are interested in membership, please send an email of inquiry to David Mecionis, Executive Director, HERE.
